Founded in 1996 by Mike Krepper for the 125th anniversary of the Christian Brothers in Memphis, the Historic Band at Christian Brothers High School is a unique ensemble that carries on the roll and tradition of the first bands at Chrisitan Brothers.  These first years of the program have been come to be known as the Brass Band Era. The Current band wears replica uniforms and uses the traditional town band instrumentation. The band can be seen for dedications, parades, concerts and ceremonies throught the city.
